As we cannot physically be in the Arctic for 2021 we have decided to create a new challenge to fill the void.

We have also decided to support Prostate Cancer UK through the challenge with at least £5 of every entry going to the Charity. Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer occurring in men and the 4th most common overall. One in eight men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime. This also has an enormous impact on the family and friends of those diagnosed.

We have chosen to support PCUK as one of our former and future competitors, Kevin Webber, was diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer 6 years ago. Kevin's story is truly remarkable. 

We are donating at least £5 for each paid entry received. 

Now, about the challenge:

• The race starts at 1 minute past midnight on the 1st March 2021.

• 120 Mile Race & 380 Mile Race Challenges.

• There will also be a "Longest Distance" challenge for anyone mad enough to go over 380 miles

• Those who complete the 120 and 380 first (ie crossing the virtual finish line first) will be the winners of the challenge with a separate winner for the Longest Challenge.

• We'd love as many participants to send in video's and photo's of runs /walks, finishes, locations etc. We will have prizes at the end of the challenge for the best finish, best location as well as others.

• All finishers of either race will receive a unique Virtual 6633 Race T-shirt. Hopefully, the race is a one off and we'll be doing future races in person!

• We'll post race updates on social media and also via a dedicated page on this website. Our Virtual Race map will show you exactly where everyone is in relation to the real 6633 course.

• We'll also post as many race photos and videos as possible on social media to give everyone a chance to see what everyone else is up to.
