We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel your event entry. To ensure fairness and clarity, our cancellation terms are as follows:
Less than 28 days before the event:
100% of the entry fee is due. No refunds will be issued.
Up to 3 months before the event:
75% of the entry fee is due. A 25% refund will be issued.
Up to 6 months before the event:
50% of the entry fee is due. A 50% refund will be issued.
More than 6 months before the event:
Only the deposit amount is due. Any additional entry fees paid will be refunded.
Please note that all cancellations must be submitted by email. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of your cancellation request.
